Exclusive wines in limited editions with individually numbered bottles. The fruit of oenological experience since 1994 and of the symbiosis of the vineyard with the environment in which it grows and develops and with the people who care for it. Complex blends, both classic and novel. Aged in barrels between 3 and 18 months, and then in bottle between 6 months and 5 years. The range contains 10 wines dedicated to the founders' family members.
Cuvée Guy de Poix

Cuvée Guy de Poix is a tribute to Count Guy de Poix, the founder of SERVE, and the authentic expression of the Fetească Neagră variety. Velvety and generous, the wine gradually reveals its complexity, gaining depth and elegance with the passage of time.
Cuvée Charlotte

Cuvée Charlotte is a dry red wine, a blend of Merlot, Fetească Neagră and Cabernet Sauvignon, obtained from hand-picked grapes from our vineyards in Ceptura. The wine stands out for its fruity notes, balanced acidity and its long-lasting taste. Cuvée Charlotte 2018 is produced in a limited edition: only 12,749 individually numbered bottles.
Cuvée Alexandru

Cuvée Alexandru is a dry red wine, made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with a complex aroma of ripe cherries, blackcurrants, wild blueberries that is complemented by the elegance of dark chocolate and vanilla.
Cuvée Guillaume

Cuvée Guillaume is a dry red wine, made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Fetească Neagră, with fruity flavors of cherries, sour cherries, wild blackberries and ripe quince. Its delicacy comes forward when it is paired with a roast duck or lamb, pizza or a portion of lightly seasoned pasta.
Cuvée Sissi

Cuvée Lysandre

Cuvée Lysandre is the second semi-sweet wine created in SERVE's history, made from Tămâioasă Românească grapes from our vineyards in Dealu Mare. It has a floral and fruity aroma, and a balanced taste, with notes of honeycomb, rose sweetness, overripe Williams pear, ripe peaches, perfect to pair with any dessert.
Cuvée Maxence

Cuvée Maxence is the first semi-sweet wine in the SERVE Winery portfolio, made from Riesling de Rin grapes, the famous grape variety that is at the origin of the most famous German and Alsatian white wines, which offers the freshness of balanced aromas and a pleasant acidity. It has a fruity scent of summer pears, white peaches, but also hints of acacia flowers, honey and a balanced taste, with notes of summer pears and honey. It can be paired with any type of dessert, but also the traditional "foie gras frais" with caramelized apples.
Cuvée Amaury

Cuvée Amaury is a balanced dry white wine, made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling de Rhen and Chardonnay, with a creamy taste of well-ripened Golden apple and avocado.
Cuvée Clemence

Cuvée Clemence is a dry white wine made from a blend of Chardonnay and Fetească Albă, with a creamy taste of well-ripened golden apple, avocado and hazelnuts. The complexity of this wine can be enhanced by pairing it with white meat, fish, lamb or grilled pork. You will feel its predominantly floral scent, complemented by brioche, gingerbread, warm bread crust, croissants and vanilla.

Cuvée Charlotte in Magnum bottle (1.5 L) is a dry red wine, obtained from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Fetească Neagră and Pinot Noir. It is distinguished by a complex, fruity aroma (currants, blueberries, prunes), with notes of truffles, cinnamon. It is a balanced wine, with a long-lasting and persistent taste. It can be paired with dishes such as Argentine beef (steak), lamb or baked game, or with a dark chocolate dessert.
Cuvée Amaury
Magnum 1.5L (white)
Cuvée Amaury in Magnum bottle bears an elegant Mediterranean imprint, born from the harmony of three aromatic white varieties and a generous harvest year, ideal for expressive white wines. The hand-picked grapes preserve their freshness through a well-defined natural acidity, while the aging on fine lees and the approximately four months spent in the barrel add complexity, finesse and a refined texture. This is the 17th Cuvée Amaury produced by us, which bears the name of the son of the winery's founder, Count Guy de Poix.
