We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event you have registered for. Our refund policy is as follows: Full Refund: If you cancel your registration more than 4 days before the event, we will provide a full refund of the registration fee. Half Refund: If you cancel your registration within 48 hours of the event, we will provide a half refund of the registration fee. No Refund: If you cancel your registration less than 48 hours before the event, we are unable to provide a refund. To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone and provide your registration details. We will process the refund within 5-7 business days upon receiving the request.

Please note that refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during registration. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
