Here you will learn the fundamentals of winemaking by engaging all your senses. An immersive and instructive experience about:

Grape characteristics and history (3 grape varietals)-
Balance between sugar and acidity-
How to recognize a grape/vine varietal-
With the end goal of rooting your wine-related knowledge
