The first SERVE wine range: the beginning of modern viticulture in Romania. A collection of wines focused on the typical characteristics of the varieties, combining the typical environmental conditions of Dealu Mare with the refinement and experience of winemakers from France, where we did our apprenticeship. The range contains 9 wines.

Sauvignon Blanc
Vinul Cavalerului Sauvignon Blanc is a light and mineral white wine, with a fresh but balanced taste, notes of Granny Smith apple and a pleasant acidity. Best served with summer salads, fish, seafood, chicken, a platter of fresh cheese. Our recommendation would be goat cheese or cheddar.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Vinul Cavalerului Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense red color and a fruity aroma of wild blackberries, ripe blueberries and subtle notes of wood. To be enjoyed with red meat aged cheese or baked lamb.

Riesling
Vinul Cavalerului Riesling is a semi-dry, light, balanced white wine with a fresh, acidic, mineral taste, with notes of honey and sweet and fresh pear. The recommended serving temperature is 8°C - 11°C, with white meat, fish, seafood, but also a Cluj-style cabbage or an eggplant moussaka.

Roze
Vinul Cavalerului Roze is a semi-dry rosé made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Fetească Neagră grapes. The aroma of strawberries, raspberries, vine flowers, white flowers and the fresh, elegant, refreshing taste turns this wine into an exquisite experience. Best served as an aperitif or with light dishes with white meat, fish, cheese and pizza.

Pinot Noir
Vinul Cavalerului Pinot Noir is a dry red wine, with a fresh, light, elegant taste, with notes of raspberry and sour cherry, supported by fine tannins. To fully appreciate its delicacy, you can enjoy it with pizza, white meat dishes, duck, cold cuts or goat cheese.

Fetească Albă
Vinul Cavalerului Fetească Albă Wine is a slightly dry white wine, with a fresh and clean taste of Williams pear and Golden apple. It can be served with white meat dishes, freshwater fish or baked turkey.

Fetească Neagră
Vinul Cavalerului Fetească Neagră Wine is a dry red wine, with an elegant, fruity taste (ripe sour cherries and plums) and a slightly spicy aroma, with notes of lightly smoked prunes and dried vine leaves. Pair it with pork, lamb, sarmale or aged cheese for a complete experience.
